Today is Pennsylvania’s primary election.
In 2026, voters will elect a governor and determine party control of the Pennsylvania House and Senate. On primary election day, Republicans and Democrats will vote for their parties’ candidates throughout the state. In some places (like Pittsburgh, Philadelphia and two Montgomery County townships), there are local ballot questions for all voters, not just those registered with the top two parties. The polls are open for in person voting from 7 a.m. through 8 p.m. Spotlight PA has you covered.
