The AKA Foundation of Central Pennsylvania, Inc. and Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.® Epsilon Sigma Omega Chapter are excited to launch Young Women Ready2Lead Conference a leadership and character development initiative for middle and high school girls on Saturday, April 11, 2026,  8:30 am-2:00 pm at Harrisburg University of Science and Technology located at 326 Market Street, Harrisburg, PA.

The conference offers interactive workshops, dynamic discussions, and engagement with accomplished community leaders, speakers, and panelists—providing valuable skills, resources, and networking opportunities to support personal growth and future success. This no-cost conference includes breakfast, lunch, and a Swag Bag filled with inspirational tools and wellness resources, ensuring every participant leaves empowered and equipped to lead.
